The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) recently issued new guidelines to integrate AI and big data to identify illegal practices like bid-rigging and collusion. This initiative marks a significant step in the country’s ongoing effort to modernize its oversight of massive infrastructure and procurement projects.
